Xerox gives you a new color printer (Phaser 8560/DN) or multifunction printer (Phaser 8560MFP/D)with a 3-year on-site service warranty, free of charge. In exchange, we require that you exclusively buy your Phaser's supplies from our FreeColorPrinters website (with our competitive pricing) for a three year term.

We also require that you print the minimum number of pages per month that you agreed to in your program agreement. This monthly page requirement is verified by your printer's usage report, which you fax to us each month. After the three year term, the Phaser is yours to keep and the contract expires.

FreeColorPrinters isn't a lease or a contract, it's an agreement. In the rare case that the program simply isn't a fit for your printing needs, we'll take the printer back.

We require program members to submit a monthly usage report (it is a simple one-page report that is sent via fax or e-mail) to help us track your monthly and lifetime printing. We only track how much you print, not what you print.

There's no penalty for printing more than your monthly page commitment. We assess an under-usage fee ($100 for printers, $250 for multifunction printers) when your average monthly page volume falls below your monthly page commitment. A statement for the fee is issued and the fee is charged to the credit card we have on file for the account.

We offer the Phaser 8560/DN, one of Xerox's most popular printers, as the printer for program. We also offer the Phaser 8560MFP/D multifunction printer.

Introduced in 1991, solid ink is a proven color printing technology only offered by Xerox. Solid ink produces brilliant, vibrant prints on a wide range of media, is the easiest technology on the market to use, and produces 90% less waste than a typical color laser printer.

Printers are shipped as soon as the program agreement is signed. Xerox pays for the shipping cost.

If you do not meet the terms of the member agreement (monthly print volume), we reserve the right to collect the printer. Likewise, if you decide the program is not a good fit for your organization, you may return it to us.

On-site and telephone service is included free of charge during the 3-year contract.
